A few years ago, my interest was piqued about Reiki when a dear friend performed some healing Reiki on my aching knee. The results led me to become increasingly curious about this ancient healing art, so I began to study. I am now a Reiki master, and often incorporate Reiki into my assisted yoga sessions. I also offer Reiki as a standalone service. Reiki promotes healing and reduces stress by calling on Ki, or life force energy (we also refer to it as Prana in yoga). Tapping into this energy allows each one of us to shine with more radiance. And Reiki calls upon each of us to take a more active role in our health, our well-being and our healing. And best of all, Reiki just feels good!
